By booking an appointment with Face Beautique you agree to the below cancellation policy.

These policies are in place so Face Beautiques time and other clients' time are respected. We understand that things happen and we will always attempt to accommodate as much as possible. We're a busy salon with back-to-back appointments, so please select your date and time carefully. Your support and understanding will be greatly appreciated.

DEPOSITS
A non-refundable & non-transferable 50% booking fee will be taken on all bookings. We are a prepaid salon and your appointment is not secure until your deposit has been paid regardless of new or returning to our clinic.


CANCELLATIONS
No changes & cancellations can be made within 48 business hours of your booking time & 5 days’ notice for cosmetic tattoo.

If you do not provide us with more than 48 hours notice via phone call within business hours or you are late to your booking that we are unable to provide your service, this will result in a 100% fee for the scheduled services. 

If this is a regular occurrence you may be blacklisted and we reserve the right to refuse work from you. 


CONTACTING US
Please contact our salon directly by CALLING ONLY 0488 755 013 or email only. If we are unavailable, please leave a voicemail, and we will return your call as soon as possible. If you do not receive a response from us, it means we may not have seen your request. Contacting us on any platform is prohibited and will not be accepted. We do NOT manage inquiries or requests via text messages, Instagram, personal Facebook accounts, or personal phone numbers, these platforms are personal and not monitored for salon-related matters. This will result in a full 100% charge for your booking.


SAFETY POLICY
Under Australian WHS legislation, this extends to non-patients we have a duty of care to our site which means NO plus ones and CHILDREN will be able to attend appointments.
